Refund Policy

This policy covers The AI CMO Method, the Done-For-You Asset Vault order bump, and The AI CMO Circle subscription, sold by [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME] (SSM no. [SSM NUMBER]).

The Score-Shift Guarantee

Run your Brand Identity Scan on Day 1. Complete Module 01 — the Foundation Sprint — then re-scan. If your Foundation Score has not moved, you get every sen back.

Here is why we can promise it that plainly. The Foundation Score measures only signals you directly control: profile completeness, name and logo consistency, schema markup, NAP consistency, crawler access, and review setup. It does not measure rankings or AI citations — those are earned over months, and no honest person guarantees them on a clock. Do the Module 01 checklist and the number mechanically moves. Don't, and it won't.

How to claim

Email support@robinooi.com.my from the address you bought with, with the subject line Score-Shift refund.
Attach or link both scan reports — your Day-1 baseline and your post-Module-01 re-scan.
That's it. There is no exit survey, no retention call, and no requirement to explain yourself.

We aim to confirm within 2 business days and to issue the refund within 14 days of approval, to the original payment method. (This is our processing time — it is not the claim window, which is 7 days from purchase.) Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

The window

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Module 01 is designed to be completed in the first 72 hours, so 7 days allows the full Sprint plus a re-scan with room to spare. Your Day-1 baseline scan must be run within 48 hours of purchase — without a baseline there is nothing to compare against, so a late baseline cannot be substituted. Checklist items count as complete when you have taken the action (GBP claim submitted, schema deployed); they do not depend on third-party confirmation you cannot control. If something genuine got in the way — illness, a family emergency — write to us anyway and we will use common sense.

When we will decline

We will not refund where:

the request falls outside the 7-day window;
Module 01 was not completed, or no re-scan was run, or the Day-1 baseline was not run within 48 hours of purchase — the guarantee is settled on the before/after, so we need both scan IDs;
the Foundation Score did move, even slightly, after Module 01;
the materials have been shared, resold or redistributed, or the access code has been circulated;
the same buyer has previously claimed a refund on this product.

Declining a refund does not remove your access — you keep the product either way.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please email us before contacting your bank. We would rather refund you directly and quickly than dispute a chargeback. Access is suspended while a chargeback is open, and restored if it is resolved in your favour.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law that applies to you.
